Hawaii Online Travel is dedicated to finding and booking your vacation at the very best rate possible and will provide our clients with the very best in customer service. In order to minimize any problems that may occur with your reservation, including changes made by Hawaii Online Travel's suppliers, wholesalers, and airlines that are out of our control, please note the following:
- Prices may change without notice until final payment is received.
- Seat assignments are subject to change without notice.
- Please verify the itinerary. Make sure the traveler's names are spelled correctly.
- In addition to cancellation charges assessed by Hawaii Online Travel, a cancellation charge is also assessed by the airlines.
- All changes, including name changes, must be phoned in to reservations.
Deposits:
- A deposit of at least 15% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.
- Your deposit will secure your reservation, however prices may change without notice until final payment is received.
Cancellations:
For cancellations after purchase:
- For all cancellations, a penalty charge of $30.00 PER PERSON, minimum, plus any additional airfare cancellation fees as decreed by the airline will apply.
- If canceled 7 days or less prior to departure an additional charge equal to 1 night hotel and/or one day car plus any applicable taxes.
Once travel has commenced, the package is NON REFUNDABLE.
Airfare cancellation fees vary by fare type and air carrier up to and including being NON REFUNDABLE. In case of illness or death of passenger, please call 866-466-6284 for special assistance.
Refunds:
- Once the travel commencement date is reached, the package is totally NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Partially used packages are totally NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Any unused or partially used components of the package including hotel accommodations and car rentals are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Airfare cancellation fees vary by fare type and air carrier up to and including being NON REFUNDABLE.
- Cancellation fees will be assessed and are non-refundable for any reason, including illness or any other emergencies.
- Requests must be received within fourteen (14) days of travel commencement date. Refunds are normally processed within two (2) weeks, but may be subject to delay based upon the vendors' ability to release Hawaii Online Travel from the original booking.
Voluntary Change Fee:
Airline Policy: No name changes are permitted. Normal check-in is at least two hour prior to scheduled departure time. All flights are to be reconfirmed by the passenger at least 72 hours prior to departure. Normal airline policies remain applicable.
Hotel Policy: Normal check-in is 3:00 pm for most properties. Normal check- out is 11:00 am. However this varies by property. Incidental charges incurred by the client are not included with the package and are the sole responsibility of the client. The individual resort fees where applicable are also not included in the package cost.
Car Rental Policy: Driver must be 25 years or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card in the driver's name. In Hawaii only an underage driver's fee of $15 - $20 per day per driver, ages 21 to 24 will be assessed by the car rental company. Hawaii law requires child restraint seats for all children under 4 years old and less than 40 pounds; these are available for rent from the car company. All extra fees and miscellaneous taxes are the responsibility of the client.
